Sept 1 2013 bought the lot

found a dining table on craigslist. bought for $80

Dec 2, 2013 Approved to build

Dec 20, 2013 and we wait...

On April 2, 2014 (4 months later) we finally get the basement concrete poured. It had to be above freezing day and night for 3 days/nights in a row, and by this time every concrete company was so backed up that we had to wait in a long line and while other companies may have gotten to us sooner, they were much more expensive and we couldn't afford to hire someone else.
